To help us make your visit as successful as possible, we ask that you arrive a few minutes early before your appointment. Your arrival time will also allow our office staff to work one on one with you to fill out any necessary paperwork and obtain any imaging documents.
If you experience an emergency, our office will schedule you an appointment as soon as possible, typically the same day you call.
Our practice requires a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment with Dr. Heiner for any reason. We schedule your appointment time specifically for you and your oral health care, so it is important we take care of a cancellation or schedule change as soon as possible.
