Dr. Heiner Extracted Christa’s Teeth

I had to come to Dr. Heiner's to get four of my baby teeth pulled because my dentist could not get them out. Well, when I came in to see Dr. Heiner to get surgery, I was very nervous because surgery is a big, scary word. One of his nurses helped me out and just calmed me down. They were very nice staff. They came in to me after I was freaking out; they told me a story about their own kids that had to get their surgery done, and they related to me, and they took me through the process very slowly and told me everything that was going to go on, and kept me calm, and were very honest and caring towards me. Dr. Heiner was a very nice person. He came in, and he was very honest but also very kind and caring. My experience for Dr. Heiner — it was a great experience, and so I highly recommend Dr. Heiner.
